Recently we had the wonderful 12 year old Caitlin join us for her work experience week. Caitlin joined the office based team and took on several roles during her time! One of the tasks (which she excelled in) was to interview an engineer; and find out all about their role.
Luckily for Caitlin she had the upper hand with this task, as her dad is our Head Engineer, Chris Brown. She did an expert job asking him all about his role here at Celsius Hire as you can see from her notes below.

How did you get into the industry?
Chris started his engineer career through doing ice rinks with a ice rink/marquee company.
What is his role and what is his approach to it?
Chris’s role as head engineer involves always answering the phone and helping people out!
Does Chris have any advice for someone starting out in the industry?
You need to work hard, be safe at all times and be polite and courteous.
What is the best bit of advice Chris has been given?
His advice he was given is ‘always get a good nights sleep and be ready for the day ahead’.
What is his career highlight?
Becoming head engineer for a great company like Celsius Hire!
Does Chris have a favourite type of install?
Last minute installations in a critical situation all in one day!
