They work by connecting them to a chilled water/glycol circuit (either via a hired chiller or utilising the existing system) to provide low air off temperatures.

Our low temperature fan coil units are capable of delivering air-off temperatures as low as -20°C, while our range of refrigerated containers maintain temperatures down to -40°C.
