Care Home Heating – Boiler hire during building and plant room renovations
The Challenge
Our client approached us looking for a long term boiler hire. This hire enquiry was looking to provide a solution for care home heating in London, undergoing a complete refurbishment and extension all whilst still providing residential care to patients. Heating and hot water needed to be uninterrupted during this process. We provided a free site survey and a plan for how we could facilitate the requirements for long term. The hire would be until a permanent system was put in place in 2024.
The Solution
For this long term heating and domestic hot water boiler hire, our team visited site to assess the requirements. A site survey concluded we could provide the required duty using our 300KW boiler package for this care home heating project.
We specified that a heating circulation pump and hot water circulation pump would also be appropriate for this site.
