In 2023 we introduced a new tradition – the annual team BBQ!
A team of twelve has this year increased to twenty (so far!) Which means double the food… and double the laughs. The team has expanded with complete ease; everyone has fit in perfectly – hand picked for their skill and ethos in the industry. Which has made for a team who also like to have fun together.
A day filled with BBQ grub from Jake and Chris, a darts competition, football in the yard, celebrating milestones in our teams personal lives, awarding the euros sweepstake prizes (which we won’t go into) and just having a generally great day!
We are a busy company with hire requirements all day, everyday. BUT once a year we book a day off; the whole team – no work booked in. (Although we would jump into action for a site emergency – we just had our fingers crossed we didn’t have to). We think this is really important for team morale, happiness and to bond with team members who we don’t often see! (PLUS it’s a great day).
BACK TO WORK!
It’s been a busy summer season – no thanks to the weather! Undertaking some really great long term chiller hire installs. Data centres, film studios, ships, offices and more! It’s been busy; so the BBQ was much deserved break.
