From Celsius Hire starting with just our four directors in 2021 we have grown at an unbelievably rapid pace. With some of the industries most experienced professionals joining our team, Celsius Hire has been able to fast track to success.
Over the course of 2023 we have grown to a team of brilliant individuals dedicated to working together and supporting our customers to the highest standards. Our service and dedication to the high quality ethos is echoed by every single member of our team.
Anthony Jeffers
Back in April 2023 we were thrilled to announce Anthony joined us as our ‘Operations Manager – North’.
As our business continues to grow at an exciting rate, it was important to add to the team… and an experienced industry leader such as Anthony was an easy choice! He has brought even more experience to the team allowing us to continue providing our customers with the best service around, across the country.
He has close to 20 years’ experience in the hire industry and it’s been brilliant year with Anthony assisting in opening our second depot.
Joining Celsius has been brilliant. Since joining in May I’ve ben given the opportunity to really make the role my own. Opening the new Northern based depot, setting upend suppliers in the area, as well as the sales aspect too. It’s great how varied the role is; every day is different, fast paced and exciting.
It’s been great travelling all around the North of the UK, meeting both new and existing customers. Supporting cooling and heating requirements with a team of such committed individuals, it’s easy to see how Celsius has excellerated their success.

Sean Johnson
We were really excited to announce Sean joining the team back in October as our Senior Sales Engineer. Sean has been a friend of the team for years; and he has been a natural fit into the role. He’s a well known face in the world of temporary cooling and heating; and quite rightly so – his experience and knowledge is pretty impressive!
Joining the team at Celsius Hire was really easy – the whole team has been so welcoming. But being on jobs to be honest has been the best bit – sites have been real interesting; clients have all had really positive experiences and returned again and again. It’s been great to hear and to continue the great service to our customers.

Sam Passmore
Meet Sam Passmore, our Admin Assistant. If you’ve called us over the last few months you may have had the absolute pleasure of chatting to her. With a wealth of hire industry knowledge Sam has fitted into the hire team with absolute ease. Since joining Sam has expertly assisting our customers with their hires.
It’s been great to return to an industry that I’m familiar with and even better to be working with former colleagues and reforming the “deadly duo” that is me and Niki on the Hire Desk.
It’s exciting to be an integral part of the future growth of the company and I’m looking forward to what’s in store for 2024.

We are so pleased to have welcomed Kayleigh to the team! Kayleigh has joined as Credit Controller and has already made a huge impact with her incredible work ethic and positive outlook. We are proud to be expanding our close knit team with such brilliant talent; and we’re still growing.
Since joining, my highlight so far would have to be the incredible opportunity Celsius Hire has given me. They have assisted in putting me forward for the AAT qualification. It means so much to me that the company I work for truly believes in me as a valued employee. Celsius is such a lovely place to work, everyone supports each other and we all work as a team to get the job done! One big family.

Having joined the team at the start of 2023; ALOT has changed. We’ve launched our new website featuring blogs, troubleshooting guides, a meet the team section and a really great service page – all handy resources for our customers. As well as building our online presence through our LinkedIn page and designing a new brochure launching early 2023. Keep an eye out for all new things marketing on the horizon.
It’s been a great year with Celsius Hire; I feel so fortunate that I’ve come into a team where being a ‘team’ really matters. The support is unreal – with everyone playing a huge part in the overall marketing output. From sending brilliant site photos, writing blogs or technical posts, case studies, giving creative input; it’s a breath of fresh air to have support from the wider team.

Fresh into the hire industry and he’s take to it with ease! We’ve been so impressed with the knowledge that Josh has been able to gain within the past few months. Director Jake has worked closely with Josh sharing industry knowledge and technical detail. All of which Josh has taken onboard beyond our expectations.
Time has flown since I joined Celsius at the start of 2023. The team we have here is great; everyone is always available to help each other and their enthusiasm for the work we do is infectious.
I’ve really enjoyed getting involved in a wide range of projects over the year and learning more about all the varied applications of our kit. I have spent a lot of time on installations with our engineers, which is not only always a good laugh, but it has also really helped to improve my technical knowledge. As we move into the new year, I am hoping to build upon this and help Celsius continue to grow, as it has over the last few years.

After joining the team over the summer, Connor has really become part of the team here at Celsius Hire. As with all of of 2023 starters he has fit into the team; it’s like he’s always been here.
An excellent addition to Celsius Hire, bringing yet another industry expert into our expanding heating and cool hire team. Already showing his skills at even the most complex sites; Connor has really excelled. We’ve been so proud of feedback for all of our engineers on site – growing a team with like minded values.
From starting during a fast paced summer season, to having a team BBQ and meeting everyone properly. It really showed me that theres really no other people I’d rather do it all with. What a team!
